We are seeking a concrete finisher/foreman to join our growing team. Bilingual is a plus. We are willing to consider a bonus for moving to the Mitchell area.
Requirements:
✔️Bilingual in Spanish and English
✔️Valid driver's license
✔️Knowledge of concrete construction and related experience
✔️Read blueprints
✔️Hardworking and reliable
✔️Willing to work in different types of environments
✔️Lift at least 75 lbs
✔️Willing to travel
✔️Self starter and works well with a team
✔️Honest
✔️Leadership abilities to influence others with excellent communication and organization skills
✔️Run equipment such as skidloader and backhoe
Responsibilities include:
▪️ Manage concrete crew including giving daily instructions and leadership
▪️ Set up concrete forms
▪️ Shovel and rake concrete
▪️ Lay out and tie rebar
▪️ Set up and utilize concrete screeds
▪️ Use lasers
▪️ Participate in snow removal in the winter months
